Yoga ke labh 


1. Swasthy swasth rahna 

Jo log daily yoga karte unka swasthy Hamesa swasth rahta he Yoga karne vale vyakti ka man parsanchit rahta he me mansik rup se khus rahte he unke man me koe bhi galat bhav nahi aate he or unki sareerik sakti badhti he 

2. Mahenti hona 

Yoga karne vale log jayada mahenti hote he ve koe bhi kam karte he to unko us kam ke parti thakan masus nahi hoti he or ve nirantar kam karte he isliye aapko bhi yoga karni chahiye 

3. Vajan kam hona 


Jo log daily yoga karte he unka Vajn kam ho jata he Koe bhi vyakti jo sarir me mota he us yoga jarur karna chahiye isse Uska motapa kam ho jayega or Uska sarir phir se thika Thik dikhne lagega to aaj se hi yoga karna start kar dijiye

4. Sarir sudol banane ke liye 

Yoga karne se hamara sarir sudol banta hai jo log Hamesa yoga karte he unka sarir sudol hone ke sath sath majbut bhi hota he unka sarir bahut hi lachila hota he jo ve kathin se kathin kam bhi aasani se kar sakte hai unhe jayada Mahent nahi lagti he 

5. Laksy ki prapti

Yoga karne vale log Hamesa ache sambandh banaye rakhte he ve apne parivar ke sath ache se pes aate he or apne bujurgo ke sath Acha  vyvahar karte he unke man me koe bhi kisi parkar uljan nahi rahti he ve apna time khusi se apne parivar ke sath bitate he 

7. Urja pardhan hona 

Yoga karne vale vyaktiyo ko urja miti he jisse unko thkan masus nahi hoti he ve or unka man kam karne me laga rahta he pure din tajgi or parsanchit rahte he unko bilkul bhi thkan masus nahi hoti he aap bhi yoga Kare yoga karna swasthy ke liye Acha he 

8. Budhi ka Vikas 

Yoga karne se aapki Budhi ka Vikas hota he jo log daily yoga karte he unki Budhi tej hoti he or unke sochne samta badh jati he aese me jab bhi chij ve yad karte he to unko ve chij turnat yaad ho jati he or jo log yoga nahi karte he ve log bar bar yad ki hui chij ko bhulte rahte he unhe thodi der ke liye yad rahta he isliye unhe yoga jarur karna chahiye jisse unka dimak viksit ho sake 

9. Bimari se Bachv

Yoga karne vale log jaldi bimar nahi padhte he unka sarir sudol hone ke sath sath majbut bhi hota he Yoga karne ki vajhe se unke pure sarir ki kasrat ho jati he jisse unko anarji milti rahti he jo log yoga nahi karte he ve Hamesa bimar hote rahte he bar bar doctor ke pass jate he isliye aapko yoga jarur karna chahiye 

10. Dard se chutkara 

Jin logo ko hath, pairo, kamr ya sarir me kahi pe bhi dard rahta he to ve yoga jarur kare yoga karne se sarir ka dard Thik ho jata he isliye Hamesa yoga karna chahiye jo log yoga karte he unke sarir me Kabhi bhi dard nahi rahta he 

11. javan dikhna 

Jo log Hamesa yoga karte he ve log javan lagte he chahe unki umar 60-68 bhi kyu na ho yoga karne vale vyakti ko budapa jaldi nahi dhalta he ve log kaphi time tak javan lagte he isliye yoga kisi umar ke hisab se nahi ki jati he bujurg log bhi yoga Kar sakte hai or karna bhi chahiye 

Aapne is post me read kiya he ki yoga ke kon kon se phayde hote he isliye aapko me Yahi salah dunga ki aapko bhi yoga karna aaj se hi start kar dena chahiye
