1.Swasth Rahne ke liye aapko Subh jaldi uthna chahiye 
Subh jaldi uthne ke bad aapko 2-3 kilomitar ran karne ke liye Jana chahiye yadi aap bujurg ho to aapko keval 800 mitar pedal chal kar Jana chahiye

2.Subh jaldi uthkar aap yoga kare yoga hamare sarir ke liye bahut hi jaruri he 

3.Subh Colgate jarur kare isse hamare muhe se badbu na aaye or sath hi dato me kide na lage 

4.Hum apna kam dusaro ko nahi sopna he hume apna kam khud ko karna he jisse hamare sarir me aalas paida na ho

9.Bhojan karte samy dhyan rakhe ki aapko jitni Bhukh he utna hi bhojan kare nahi to aapko swasth kharab ho sakta hai or dhyan rakhe ki aapko vitamin yukat bhojan ka hi sevan kare

10.Sam ko Khana Khane ke bad kisi bhi parkar ki koi exercise na kare is bat ka khas tor se dhyan rakhe Khana Khane ke bad kisi bhi parkar ka koi khel na khele hemsa halka bhojan kare
